1Definitions & Applicability

In this document, "8mbed", "we", and "platform" refer to https://8mbed.app and its associated mobile applications. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any person who has registered or is using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services on the 8mbed platform — Sports Betting, casino games, live games, virtual games, and all other sections. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply alongside these terms.

2Account & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on 8mbed or use any of its services. Government-issued ID may be requested at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Account Only

Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts will result in:

• All accounts will be permanently closed.
• All bonuses and free bets will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

6Gaming Rules

All games on 8mbed are powered by an eCOGRA-certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes cannot be influenced by human intervention.

In Live Games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 8mbed will either refund the bet amount or restart the game in accordance with the relevant game rules.

9Account Closure Policy

9.1 At the Member's Request

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure (provided KYC is complete).

8mbed may close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information.
• Bonus abuse.
• Legal requirements or directives from a regulatory authority.

10Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact support@8mbed.app with full details. We aim to send an initial response within 48 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the member may escalate it to the licensing authority (PAGCOR) or an accredited Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.

In the event of a dispute over game outcomes, server logs and RNG records will serve as the definitive evidence.

11Limitation of Liability

8mbed is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence (e.g., sharing your password with someone else).
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure events.

In no event shall 8mbed's maximum liability exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

12Changes to Terms

8mbed reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
